I had to buy Japanese iTunes gift cards and make a Japanese iTunes to get this albums (same with Shonan no Kaze). It wasn't cheap either. Worth it though. They'll stay on your iTunes account though once you download them and go back to using your native iTunes. They aren't restricted to the Japanese account's library.
